DARLENE’S PINK CHAMPAGNE PUNCH

(Darlene was an avid reader and could always be found with a book in her hands. I had lunch with her several times when we worked at the same place. She was the nicest person you’d ever want to meet. Darlene passed away way too early, but I always make her punch on special occasions and drink a toast to her. )

750 ml. bottle of pink champagne, chilled
2 liter bottle of ginger ale, chilled
6 oz. can of frozen lemonade, thawed
1 qt. of raspberry sherbet (or any kind of sherbet)

Mix first three ingredients together.

Let sherbet float on top.
